Re: Owatonna
That's true. Did your team lose to anyone they shouldn't have..or was 'that team that beat you that one time' better too?

Re: Owatonna
No offense...Blaine wasn't that good so don't play the Blaine card. Yes, they were in state....blah blah blah....but other teams were better. Orono took 3rd in state coming out of the Silver Region a few years back. I think they're peewee team did very well a couple of years ago in state too.
</p...

Re: No A team
I agree that Associations should field an A team. However, there are times when it does make sense not to have an A team. Now calm down everyone....Our association does field A teams at all levels and it's extremely unlikely to ever change for about 700 reasons. I do think that there are times when ...

Re: WBL vs. Orono
Because, like Orono, Osseo and Jefferson, they are better than 4 teams that made it.

Re: WBL vs. Orono
Orono had a very good year, but got the butts kicked by WBL. I'm a big Orono fan, but it was that simple. No excuses. It's absurd that WBL isn't going to state. Absurd.

If Orono plays, they should dominate. My team was in the invitational over the holidays. Jefferson has gone backwards since then.

Re: Predictions for State tournament pairings Bantam A
The Red Region is basically the State tourney. Add Eden Prairie to Red and you have the top 6 teams in the state playing in 1 regional tournament. I would guess that there will be some big surprises unfolding in the Maroon Region. And, Blue is very weak. Hopkins and EP should advance.

Re: Hockeyguy90- I was actually looking for a comment on ...
It's all a mute point. MG is done. Too bad. A very good team with good players. I think your point of view that 3rd lines don't see that much ice is interesting. How much should they see in tight games?

Interesting point of view. Should be a good game between Orono and Osseo. Both very good teams with good players.

Re: Boss
Way to tell him MNLIGHT. I heard in the Orono/BP game, the line with Persian and Skoog never saw the ice the 3rd period. Not one shift. Is that true?

One of the top Bantam Goalies is McMahon from Orono. No question. When he's on, he's top 3.
