Re: We will See
i'm going to have to agree with both jhshockey and wblbears. i have seen the jaguar fans at their best and also at their worst. wbl had a very intense student section last year at the state tournament. size doesn't matter, it's the level of intensity in the cheers and chants. the season is starting ...

Re: Most Underated Players
there are also players who have great amounts of talent but are underrated because other players on the team overpower them.

Re: 2005-2006 Goalies
stateofhockey00 - i like your post. none of us can really criticize a goalie unless we know what its like to be one. Most of the people on this forum are biased (as am I, dont get me wrong) and criticize anyone who criticizes their team. The arguements get pretty bad, so thanks for being level heade...

Re: 2005-2006 Goalies
lets see.. you could say all of the goalies in the state tournament "choked" except keaton smith. i agree, choked is a strong word cause losing 3-2 to the state championship team isnt that bad. Austin is a good player, despite the talent he had on defense and offense as well. You can say S...

Re: memories
My favorite memory as a Jefferson fan was during EP section finals as well. The Jags dominated the whole game and EP came in like they owned the place, so when we shut em down it was great. My other favorite game was the Moorhead vs. Jefferson game, even though we lost it was great to see all the fa...

both jefferson and moorhead will still be good... moorheads JV lost 1 game and Jefferson has some guys that will impact over the summer and be great next year. dont underestimate them.

Re: Brian Lee.....Overrated??
nope... he didnt play perfectly during the tournament, but who can blame him. He was under alot of pressure in that last game and like powerplay said his offense made mistakes that cost the whole team the game. but he helped a great deal in getting his team to the championship. Hes a great player an...

Re: Lake Conference
i'm pretty sure Jefferson is going to be a strong enough team to take the Lake again... although it might be much tougher for them this upcoming year than it was for them last season. They still have alot of strong players and alot coming up from JV. Should be a great season.

Re: Got Schmuck
Bookhout- I like the way you think. If all these rumors are true there is no way the Jags wont come out on top. They have seniors like Shupe, Hovey, LaBombard and of course Austin Lee (who, yes, cracked under pressure but that doesnt change the fact that he is an amazing goalie) But none the less we...

Re: keaton vs austin
GOT PUCK... this is a thread about JEFFERSON! no need to bring AHA into the deal... we've already established that they were #1 and well deserving that title, but you dont need to bash Jefferson when they are a solid team. Not everyone can compare to your team.

Re: Thank you Minnesota High School Hockey
i just want to say a big thank you to the jaguars of bloomington jefferson. they had an amazing season and even though they didnt come out on top in the state tournament, they worked sooo hard all year and thats really impressive. thanks guys, you should be proud.

Re: Bands
i absolutely LOVE the jefferson hockey pep band, they play with such enthusiasm (sp?) and spirit. i always like listening to them play.. and of course the drumline is great!
