If Moorhead gets an early lead they will roll to a big win. If Roseau can keep it close early it will come down to a one goal game.

This is a key game for both teams. If Moorhead wins they will lock up the #1 seed for Section 8AA tourney. If Moorhead can get up early they will win. Roseau will be ready to get back from the 4-1 loss at Roseau. If Moorhead can beat them by 3 again it will put doubt in Roseau for the Section Final....

It's going to be TRF and Warroad battling it out on Thursday March 1st and Moorhead and Roseau Friday the 2nd. Both games could go either way.
All I know is Section 8 better represent better than last year at state.

We will find out how much Roseau has improved since the beginning of the season.
Power Plays will have a lot to do with the victory. I say Moorhead stays on the winning side with a 2-1 victory. The MSC will be packed for this pre-section final matchup.

Moorhead plays Eden Prairie Friday night and then play Wayzata Saturday at 2:30pm. Spuds will be a little tired but I still see them sweeping the two day trip to the western Suberbs. I like the Spuds schedule playing back to back days getting ready for March at the Xcel.

It's game day for Moorhead and Stanley Cup day for Fargo South. If South lets Moorhead jump on them early look for this game to be a blowout. If South's MVP goalie can keep them in it I see it being a closer game with Moorhead prevailing.
