Looks a lot like Eastern Christian Academy, a football program out in the Delaware/Maryland area. Minus the "Powerhouse" part

The best hockey players at a high school often play football. There have been a million high school hockey players who letter in football too. I disagree with the one sport athlete theory. I think spring sports are great for hockey players.. Never said you need to be a one sport athlete. Playing fo...

I saw him last week at model camp in a game and he did not impress me.Granted it was not your typical game format but he got walked twice ,once by a freshmen while playing D. He also tends to want to rush the puck from his D position. Close to the end of the game was throwing punches and sat in the...

Obviously, no one records all shots - wide and on net...but food for thought. Experience would tell me different. I have often seen goalies make saves above or to the side of the net that get counted as shots. Pretty dumb. I also often wonder why the goalie bothers to make those saves. I would thin...

I agree with GFD. I have an NHL rulebook which clearly defines a shot on goal as a shot taken with the intent to score (not icings that happen to find the net). I know that high school isn't the NHL, but that is how they count them in the show.

Personally I haven't seen a SEC game this year, but I would say Gaffy from FL looks pretty good. Going off of numbers only, he has a better SVP and a lower GAA.

Maybe a case for Wayzata?

Their youth programs seem to win state titles (or are at least yearly contenders), but their varsity can never seem to make it happen.

No way is SPA going to want to recreate themselves as a hockey powerhouse if that means lowering the academic standards. They are an elite prep school in MN with an incredible reputation and tradition. Norwich should have maybe tried another venue if that was his ultimate goal. Is MM still looking ...

When talking about financial aid from SPA vs other privates, one should keep in mind that SPA's tuition is about $23,500 vs. only $10,100 at Hill-Murray, and $9,600 at Cretin. Even with financial aid many families are not able to afford the school. Seems like Norwich was trying to do the impossible ...

How many goals did Russell give up in last years game vs STA??? Lightning never strikes twice...right???
