EP looked much better in the 2nd, and cuts the Blaine lead in half.

Blaine 2, EP 1, end of 2.

It's offical. 3-2 EP advances.

Game was much closer than I figured it would be. Great fight by Hill Murray.

I'll spend the next month or so anguishing over the Wild until they either pull their collective heads out of their arses, or are out of the playoffs. After that, I'll spend time with my nephew over the summer who next year will be in Bantams for Proctor (several trips to Duluth for that - and that'...

I'd give more credit to HM's play on him then just Ness "doing nothing". I highly doubt he's been that beat on in his high-school career.

A great gameplan played out very effectively. Kudo's to HM to bumping off the defending champs.

STA looks like the class of A. Warroad had several chances against DM, but couldn't cash in. The cadets will be cashing a few tomorrow. 5-3 STA.

Ditto on the rough draw for Roseau... Blaine beat the Rams in a scrimmage and looked tough against Centennial... Great field this year. Yes but they were only seeded 3rd in their own section! Sure they're a good team, but I don't know what the Roseau fans are complaining about. Funny, I don't seen ...

The AA bracket looks pretty even to me. I'm not sure how anyone can say Edina has it easy against Cloquet. Good balance. IMO Hill has the easiest game, if there is one. Cloquet 12-11-2 in regular season, including 5-1 and 7-1 losses to Edina and Blaine respectively late in the year, but played well...

Could go either way - a tough first rounder for the Rams. 3-1 Roseau, empty netter seals it.

Roseau draws the hardest first round game IMO. If Edina or BSM looses before Friday, it's a major upset. I would not be shellshocked if Roseau looses to Blaine being the harder matchup. Thus, they have the hardest route to go to win it all IMO.

Another brilliant response. Why dont you give us your argument as to why Roseau who plays the 40th toughest schedule in the state should be the #1 seed so we can all figure it out? BIAFP, who won last year shouldn't mean squat. We are seeding the 2008 tournament. I mean come on, should we seed Moor...

If Roseau is gonna repeat, they have by far the toughest route to go. First thru Blaine (an earlier win up at Baudette, but 1-0 win at that), then potentially Hill Murray, then potentially Edina. If they advance and go all the way, there's no doubt that it will be earned, and no doubt that they dese...

Tough to beat any team 3 times in the same year. Warroad did it already with TRF, can they do it with EGF? Sure why not, but will be a hard-fought win. 5-3, empty netter seals the deal.
