Does the District enforce the 4 tourmament limit? Are there penalties or sanctions? At the PW and BMT levels teams are definitly not stopping at 4 or 1 out of town? Re: PeeWee Game limits

I'm hearing that District 6 is either considering or has considered and passed new game limit restriction at the Pee Wee level starting this year (09-10 season). The game limit is the same as MN Hockeys game limit at the squirt level, 35 games max includes all scrimmages, league games, tournaments....

An association should be shooting for Revenue = Expenses. Revenue is made up of Fees & Fundraising (along with home tourneys, etc.). To make the equation remain equal, if Fundraising goes down then fees must go up. Take away the calendar and your fee goes up more than $100. From your standpoint...

They way I understand it, the fines are imposed against both the team and the association. I think it is about $500 per game that is gone over and can't remember if it is $500 each against the team and the association for each game that you go over. Something to that effect. Also, I have heard that...

Re: Two St. Cloud Teams on Probation

Oops. It looks like two St. Cloud Youth Hockey teams will be on probation this year and narrowly missed thousands of dollars in fines by having their girls U10 team and Squirt A team play more games than allowed. A technicality in D10 handbook (which it appears will be changed) prevented the distri...
