The big question in this weeks games is
Whose going to get less love, Elk River or Walker?

I think a certain somebody will cause the "less love" scales to tip in favor of the Empire.

ER will not be denied.
I thought about going with Walker, but just couldn't do it.
I'd be happy to see all take the Cougars, that way I'm the only one to get a point out of that game this week.

Well the first night was brutal, it'll be the last time I look toward Elliott for an "insiders" opinion.
1-3

If that was your strategy, you got
exactly what you had coming to you.

So much for the "flannel knows best" angle.
At least the Spuds came through....

The Hounds Bite! 2-3...
Somehow I think they'll still move up in the Minnhock rankings.
When does Mitch start his?

In another week. His rankings are based on current year only so there's no gradual phase in/phase out of this season/last season. Because of this, he likes to have a larger # of games played before publishing his first rankings.
Well, let's see about East...after factoring in two new features: 1) Home/away and 2) empty net goal discounting, they moved up tonight. Of course, those two factors don't apply unless they directly affect East. But then, you probably already knew that. (now where the heck is my tongue-in-cheek emoticon before some newbie gets all riled up?)

In fact I did. Good thing I am not a math major. I was only 2/3.
