Being a carpenter, I'm sure he'd build his recruits a state-of-the-art lockerroom.

As the City provides such great relief from the old days where we had to hide in the catacombs, so is this thread a sanctuary for all who have Faith in our 4 Catholic teams.

This weekend, CDH is up against Woodbury in a big conference battle that also has sections seeding ramifications. Me and ole Constantine will be at Highland on Sat night for the game.

We will hand out copies of The Edict with the rosters , or , if you prefer, when you buy your chuckapuck(s).

BSM takes on SLP

HM is up against Simely.

AHA has the weekned off

We take the road less traveled and that has made all the difference. The road "From Constantinople to St Paul"

This is why PB is the best poster - a renaissance man.
Wrong in his assumptins and basic logic, but a great poster, none the less! :D

Now, I'm no expert here, but it was my understanding that either he or the old man (or both) were carpenters, and that the one who died for our sins (and the right for schools in his name to stockpile hockey talent) would have had some sort of carpentry knowhow and would easily be able to assemble said lockerroms (but may need to call on the help of John, Phillip or one of his other disciples to wire the plasma tv and surround sound system).

Is that not correct?

First let me correct your statement. *
We may get locked up, but to h666 we do not wish to go.

They (the labor of that era and area) worked primarily with stone. Very little carpentry work. Going from one language to another often times puts the translations into hands of people with their own agenda (no matter how minute that may be). The word carpenter came about, I believe with a Greek translation, just about the word Christ was originated.

So He was a common man, a man of the PUBLIC.

Waiting until the Lent tournament has just brought on additional excitement in the possibiltiy of seeing that stone creature and you, arm in arm, strolling down Kellogg. :D

The weekend had mixed results for our travelers on the road "From Constantinople to St Paul"

CDH lost to Woodbury3-1. A hard fought game with some good play.

HM defeated Richfield by a lot. No need to repeat the score.

Since getting my mind right over in the Cafe, I have become much more of a liberal thinker and we wouldnt want to hurt anybody's feelings. It may cause a " Nightmare" and those are the kind of things we want locked out.

BSM beat SLP 5-1. Another solid win for the Red Knights.

Palm Sunday will arrive. It will occur the morning afer the champion is crowned. How appropriate. Who will that be?

We will follow along and find out..... all the way "From Constantinople to St Paul "

AY 8)
Father packerboy knows there is still time for AY as everyone knows that the great Constantine himself was not baptized until he lay'th on his deathbed.

Indeed IS, indeed. There is hope for AY on either end of the road as St Paul was also converted later in life after a history of persecution and on another road, the road to Damascus.

These references are historical, if not hysterical.

This prequel to the "Crusade" is conducted during a time of great tolerance toward the great Catholic schools which help define high school hockey in our state.

We harken back to Constantinole and return there in attempt to follow our teams on the bored without the "warlike " times of the "Crusades" which, as most US Americans know , conquered and sacked Constantinople in the year 1200 circa.

This is all a result of my mind being right after gettin all that dirt out boss Kean's ditch as illustrated below.

We will highlight the week ahead later.

Well , another big week on tap for our Faithful.

Yes, these darlings of the bored and hockey fans everywhere will compete this week on the road "From Constantinople to St Paul".

BSM goes against Chisago Lake Area on Thursday. Yup, the poor witto Catholic school against an entire area. No wonder so many have them in their hearts and minds here in Constantinople.

AHA plays Red Wing and Northfield this week.

CDH plays WBL on Thursday followed by Roseville and Edina. Talk about David vs Goliath. Heck , this David vs Goliath, Godzilla and King Kong.
Poor witto CDH , who is an opt up to AA , plays these big schools with everyone rooting for them. They are the darlings and fan favorite of the SEC. You can sense that in the arena right away.

HM takes on STA in an all Catholic affair on Thursday for Classic Suburban supremecy. You gotta wonder whose side God is on in that one.

The road is filled with sharp turns and big bumps. All the way "From Constantinople to St Paul"

Ah, there is the great love so often felt by players, coaches and families of our Cinderella teams.

And for watchdog to come on and make his very insightful post is indeed a blessing. His opinions about what is a good thread and what isnt are highly valued by all and important to know.

But the journey "From Constantinople to St Paul" is not an easy one as the competiton is fierce. We need a lot of help.

Knowing that HAL is Catholic is certainly an inspiration. This has been supected for some time after HAL had AHA as #1 even after they lost early in sections the last couple of years.

HAL is with us ..all the way "From Constantinople to St Paul"
