Does it really matter 3A everybody in this section is garbage. When the state tournament starts this section will be totally irrelevant. You'll lose the first one 12-0 or 12-1 then you'll go over to the U and lose 8-0 or 8-1 sending you home. I saw better JV teams in northern MN then any of 3A teams. So stop posting all you 3A people and stop wasting your time :-$

Albert Lea really started to play some great hockey around christmas and it's been uphill for them since..At this point i think they are playing the best they have in a long time

New Ulm lost to both Marshall and Willmar, barely beat winless Austin by 2, Marshall just beat them by 4. They did beat Fairmont, way to go.
One line and no "D" that I have seen.

I no for a fact that Albert Lea had all their players against New Ulm Because i have spoken to the Albert Lea coach. And Marshall also tied Windom who New Ulm beat i believe

Here is another fun fact for you i got off the Shattuck web page. The team New Ulm just lost to went up to Canada the next weekend to play Fort Francis
They also played Duluth Marshall Varsity and beat them 3 to 1.

Did they beat Fort Francis? They lost to them earlier in the month. So that makes New Ulm good? Thats not even Shattucks best team.

I believe they split with them and no that does not make New Ulm good but they wanted more stats. So what if its not shattucks best team its the one who beat Duluth and New Ulm

even if it was just a scrimmage new ulm only lost 4-0 and shattuck had 1 short handed goal and scored one with 12 seconds left just some other info on the game. Any other predictions for the new ulm-marshal game thursday?

Also the team New Ulm played from Shattuck beat St. Thomas Acadamy. So its not like the team new ulm played wasn't very good. but Thursday should be a good game.

I don't think it was St. Thomas Academy in MN. The schedule just states St. Thomas. The date it was played was Jan 13th. The MSHSL will not allow a HS team to play or practice on a Sunday.

Very true, and there was nothing of this sort on St Thomas Academy's schedule, therefore i don't think it was them.

You could probably type this in 6 other section threads too, because well, I would say roughly 7 out of 8 teams in the class A state tournament will in fact lose at least one time during the state tournament.

Ya he does have a good point haha and i dont see why you guys have to come in these threads and bash this section. We have things we like to dicuss about the teams in 3a so just stay out of our thread and go talk up your team in your own thread if there so damn good.
