[quote="Puckyeah1"]Cody Kohn for NU is a strong defenseman, this is his 4th varsity year. Kyle Reinarts, Thomas Novak, also Sr. foreward, quick, smart with the puck, and works very hard.[/quote

Kohn good player Reinarts and novak good but this line needs to move [pass] the puck to score some goals to beat the better teams

Duluth Marshall? You have to be real good to play with them!!! I think NU will win a hard hitting battle, but I think it will be a closer contest maybe 5 - 2

Yea. I thought it was going to be 6-1, but closer than the score indicated, but New Ulm just out-hustled litch. They beat them to every puck, and their defense looked good. They looked a lot better than what i've heard from the way they played against hutch.

Did NU sit #5 for most of the third period? What did he do? The rest of the team must have picked it up. Another big section game for NU on Sat. Willmar vs NU who will win?

He got a very reckless penalty. I think his stick ended up in the guy's face.

Btw, it was relieving to see NU destroy them. I wanted to pop champagne....

This is not the youngster of NU,if you looked on page three you can see that he was found on bantam posts last year as "dangleallday16"

Get you stuff right before you talk, nice try though

New Ulm did dominate most of the game except for the first period when Willmar dominated the attack zone with aound 15 shots on goal. Otherwise New Ulm did work Willmar over. Partly cuz they stayed outta the box.

im pretty sure the game is tuesday night. But Marshall is just too young and lost nearly all their playmakers. New Ulm seems to be playing better, but they are a very inconsistent team so you never know. But i'd say NU win s5-2

I also think NU is inconsistent, but they should win. Any other sec games coming up?

Everyone is talking about the teams themselves this year, but what about the goaltending? i haven't really heard about any goalies in this section. Last year Litchfield was able to literally ride the back of Johnson (is that right?) to the state tournament. Who has that special goalie this year to help get their team to State?

Well, i dont know but im just gonna go ahead and predict that Marshall beats New Ulm tomorow. Yeah it might be a long shot but, Ryne Hanson or hansen or w/e is gonna go bananaz and marshall will win a barn burner. goaltending isnt spectacular for either team but adequate. idk. gut feeling.

Goaltending? I don't know if any really stand out this year. I watched the goalie for hutch in two games and he played good in both.
