I don't claim to know the rules for this but given it is a private school, is it possible that they can hire whoever they wish to fill an educating role? Pohl is a Carlson School grad, etc. so I am sure he'd be able to do a good job teaching business courses, etc.Goldy Gopher wrote:He's not even a licensed educator.

It's a very good business school. Not sure why you are trying to slag on it.
