As an older guy please know that HS periods were always only 12 minutes in length from 1945-roughly 1979 when they moved to 15.
Back in the day teams only needed 10 skaters and I remember Scott Lecy and JM in the 77 tourney.
What was the exact year periods went to 15 minutes in length?
111 points in 36 minute games!

I do realize it was a different game back then in many aspects.. which is why I was just looking for the record for AA players since they spilt them into two classes around 20 years ago. Anything before that is kind of like comparing apples to oranges. 111 pts with shorter periods is very impressive but also take into account that kids are bigger, faster now and teams (in general) have more depth in talent and also scheduling of teams is done very different. If Lakeville South played teams around them like Farmington, New Prague, Owatonna, Northfield, ect.. I think Kloos could easily reach that mark. It's just a different game since they split into 2 schools
