Rajala left like all kids leave to go play better competition and get noticed more. I played against plenty of teams we lost to in squirts - bantams. In high school it was a different scene. Lost to rapids all of squirts to first year bantams after that we were 14-0 vs Rapids. Played Roseau in bantams in vfw state championship and we got killed. the next year moved up to high school let’s just say we didn’t get waxed we chased their starter and were there only loss.

"The Calgary Hitmen have signed 2009-born forward Will Mikan to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement. Mikan was listed in July 2026 and attended the 2026 Calgary Hitmen Training Camp. Hailing from Edina Minnesota, Mikan played for the St. Thomas Academy Cadets in the 2025-26 season. He registered over a point per game with 52 points (19G, 33A) in 28 games. Mikan will return to St. Thomas for the 2026-27 season. Mikan is an outstanding student and has committed to Yale University after his junior career."
