I know Walser Blue and the Ice Cats are in it, anyone know who else from Minnesota is going?

Jr Whitecaps. I think that's it for 3 total as Walser Red U19 is going to another event I hear..., although I'm not certain if there may be another IceCats going again? the IceCats referenced above I assume is the Burg/Perushek version - the current U19, whereas there has been another U19 version through last summer's Int'l Cup?spr air 210 wrote:I know Walser Blue and the Ice Cats are in it, anyone know who else from Minnesota is going?

The NAHA Vermont tourney went well for all Minnesota teams. The Whitecaps went 4-0 in pool play and qualified for the medal round but lost both to go 4-2 . The Ice Cats went 3-1 in pool play but didn't get the wild card for medal round, finished 5-1. Walser Blue went 2-1-1 in pool play and finished 4-1-1.
Little ceasers won the tourney, oddly enough the White Caps beat them 2-0 in pool play but lost to them 4-0 in medal round. The style of play was very different from tournaments here. Very physical defensive games not much called by officials, and penalties were 1:30 running time,(really kept game moving).
Fun to watch
