Yes they did, but I am tired of people saying it cost Grand Forks Red River a title. They had three overtimes to just score and make it irrelevant and they couldn't do it. Also, the six guys had nothing to do with the goal. Yes, it still wasn't legal, but that goal likely would have been scored with five guys on the ice.

Just watch it and you'll see what I am saying. Or maybe you won't actually. He came on thinking someone else was coming off. The guy who ended up not coming off had nothing to do with the play. Nothing at all.
