MV Elms

I have seen Elms play a couple times this year. Nice potential. With the right players on his line could prove to be a very good player. It seems he carries a lot of wait on his back trying to carry the team but needs more support players like other quality lines. He will be a solid College player.

Section HILL/Bear - Oop's 4AA - It's been a while since this section has been up for grabs. It all depends on which team brings it's game and goalie. Tartan, Roseville, White Bear and Hill are the favorites, but Stillwater and Mounds View are serious dark horses. Stay tuned. It's WBL's to loose. If...

MV

I was just looking at MV's last few games. Losses to Park, North and Hastings all at home. MV lost to WB 7-0 last game. It was 7-0 after 2 periods. 6-2 WB

Hey everyone, the sad thing about this subject is that some justify playing long shifts. If a player is able to play a 2 minute shift he is not hustling a great deal. If a player extends theirself for over 45 seconds they NEVER recover completely the rest of the game. This has been a fact since hock...

Dog, I am with you on this one. Does a coach want to be remembered as a fair coach or one who cuts seniors every year with the idea of developing Juniors or sophmores. The juniors will be in the same position the next year. I have seen soph and juniors who lettered one or 2 years then cut as seniors...

Top players being cut? Who are some top players that got cut last year and please tell me who some are that got cut this year? If the senior couldn't make it as a junior in this program and his senior season comes but there is now a junior that brings the same thing to the table you will see a lot ...

That's another problem. Why does the MV coach cut top players every year. Last season, I was told that they had a 18 player turn over from the prvious year with Senior graduation 5 and 13 seniors who were cut or quit during the season and one kicked off. Top players being cut? Who are some top play...

Lets be clear. Yes MV has lost a lot of players over the years. The issue is not about players leaving that leads to the unhappiness that exist at MV. I know a lot of these parents and players. Win loss is not the issue. They just want more for their kids. They want more leadership and accountabilty...

no doubt WB is a better team but 7-2 strange since their last meeting was 2-1 and MV has been in most of their games lots of losses but very close I was close. I thought 7-2 but it ended up 7-0. I caught part of the game. The mv goalie did not have a chance. Back door goals most of the game. He did...

I do like the Mv goalie but the stangs do not have a chance. 7-2 WB even if the goalie stands on his head. The goalie need a little support. he will stop the first one but after that he needs the team to help.

mv problems

I do hope the situation at MV does not get ugly. From what I hear the coach should just move on. The amazing thing that I have heard is that the problems are not related to wins or loses. I have seen a couple games and their talent is Ok. elms looks good and Bradly is very creative. Good junior clas...

MV hockey

What will it take and how soon can this program be turned around? Many players are down about the coach. All i've heard was negative reviews of him from almost every player. The team is mostly juniors, and most will quit after this year only because of coach schwartzbauer. I talk to ian goldsmith o...
