In CODP you work on and off the ice. During the off ice you work on your strenth and stride. On the ice you work on all kinds of stills. You get pushed to your limit and makes you a better player.

I think Bloomington Jefferson has a chance at the 2AA title. They have been playing really good in the past few games.

In CODP the instructors work on every hockey skill. It is one of the best programs out there. It transforms kids into excellent hockey players. Whoever gets into the program should be prepared to work hard, whoever works hard you will see in there preformance on the ice.
