I see it like this

Here is how I see it it based on last years roster and the freshman this year. Is this class for Concordia going to make a impact for them? How about the rest of the MIAC who do you think is going to have the best class in that conference? How does everyone see the league finishing this year? Here a...

I think once we see the rosters of all these AAA teams we will have a better idea of whats going on. But I do agree at some point the parents and who ever is running these teams need to put these teams at the level where they should play A-AA if that means a showcase spring league or what ever.

Looking at the rosters it appears that the girls are pretty much spread out amongst the different teams, even though you might not be from that geographic area. Anyone know how many made it vs. how many tried out? Obviously a whole bunch of girls choose to participate in CODP and other training/tea...

Yes, the talk about "best ever" was especially comical. Please! They were far better last year, and that team and this team were not as good as SSP 2003-2005 teams or the Roseville dynasty. This was a great defensive team, with the best D corps any team has had in a long while. But they w...

Re: Open Enrollment Closed

All 4 teams are winners or should I say 5 teams..EP, Wayzata,Edina,BSM and Hopkins. All these teams could could have made the trip to state this year if not for this section. Hopkins has open Enrollment runners as well and they will be tough next year as well along with EP again. So will they change...

Re: Crazy Pills

Maybe we could have a SWEET 32 kinda like basketball but not starting with 64 teams. Start with 32 that way everyone should be happy. Yea it would take longer but I think everyone would be happy. Take the top rated 32 teams.... What ranking do we use ??? That is the big question. We could let the co...

The Wayzata-Hopkins quarterfinal will best the best quarterfinal matchup in the state IMO. Totally agree. Hopkins is a very dangerous team with 4-5 top offensive players and a very good goalie. And with only one senior, next year they should be even better. I'm sure Wayzata would rather meet someon...

3-1 Edina with an empty net goal to make it 3-1. IMO: Two very close teams. Edina has more depth, but they are playing on Wayzata's home ice... Should be a good game! I'll also go with 3-1 Edina, but no empty netter. You are right - this should be a very good game. Wayzata will be fired up. You had...

Re: Which Teams Are Deepest?

I would say seeing my team green, lol..... I would really have to say if you want to go 3 lines and if you havd to dip into the 4th if there is an injury I would say Edina and Wayzata Wayzata like us has been playing there 4th line all year in games when they get a 3 or 4 goal lead. So thats my Vote...

Re: Blake over Wayzata

The OT goal was not controversial at all. If you were standing on the side of the rink at the glass like I was, you'd have seen the puck dribbled right in to the back of the net and then one ref blew the whistle. The only thing that confused fans in the stands was that ref was slow to signal the go...

Hi, you may want to check the Andover VS North Metro score again. I was looking at the box score and the overtime winner was scored by (Therrien with an assist going to A. Anderson) I'm almost certain that is Alecia Anderson from Park Center but I could be wrong. I think the trib has it wrong. It lo...
