PHANTOM ASSISTS
Here we go again this year. The PHANTOM ASSIST. It's amazing to watch as certain players go strait to the refs after a goal to claim an assist. Has anyone else noticed this? Any idea how to stop it?

Re: MSHL eligibility after drinking
Wow, Most all of the replies have been from a hockey future perspective. What you might be giving up if you get caught type argument. What's missing is the fact that once an under aged kid becomes impaired how does he get home? Most of the kids drive. And they drive their friends home too. It's no ...

BodyShots way to man up and gain respect. I wish there were more people like you. Bill Moore is a tireless worker and provides a tremendous opportunity for a lot of kids. The section teams I believe are as good as their Coaches and Managers (good ones are hard to get) I hope your parents feedback l...

ya its true. LS coach made alot of dumb decisions. He cut what could have been one of their top goal scorers, he plays his kid way to much, the kid can barely skate. And he kept seniors that he doesnt play, which he probably is pissed he did now because i heard a kid got a minor so now he has to pl...

They should do this they should do that...They do it this way because it has worked for many years. One fact remains after the seedings are processed: The team that wins the section had to kick@ss for three games, 2 of them on soft @ss ice at the Rec Center. Move the Championship games to an NHL si...

Goldy-What if North beats South on Tuesday? They both tied and beat a Rochester team and split with each other so the only thing different is records but then do you still give Owatonna the 2? I think that if LS beats LN then it should go LS Owatonna LN Mayo Century If LN beats LS then it should go...

whitebearsuperfan - Haven't you heard? Century is in every single game they play no matter what the score is...they will tell you they had a great 8-2 loss to Edina earlier this year, so losing 3-1 to WBL is like a win, no matter what the shots are....like I said, if Ewing plays well, which he must...

The rink is one of the nicer ones in Minnesota to watch a high school hockey game, of course Century hasn't exactly been packing the fans in this year which leads to an empty building. Add to that over at Graham Arena Mayo plays JM and Lourdes plays Owatonna so casual hockey fan probably won't be a...

This site is doing a very poor job. Stats are not up to date and from what I see the accuracy of the stats are way way off. give em a break eh? they only do every game for every sport for every school in the country... GIVE EM A BREAK????? HECK NO. They own the site therefore they have a responsibi...

Lakeville South has proved themselves a team you don't take for granted. They took Jefferson to a tie, beat North by three and now the EP game. It is not the goalie keeping them in the games either, though he is obviously a big part of their success. hit it on the head! Great goaltending for sure, ...

Gosh, I am out of town so missed that one. I suspect Hakan did play well. He does have talent, GOOD FOR HIM !eagle4life9 wrote:If its true we know Hakan played well. He can win (or in this case tie) a game all by himself. He gives South a legit chance at section 1AA even with his early season struggles.

Its very tough to compare these 3 goalies....Caschetta and Phillippi are playing with all star teams in front of them....Yumsaklar has dealt with sub par teams all 3 years, but still managed to hang in there and get the recognition of USHL and D1 scouts....You cant do anything as a goalie when you ...

highlight the obvious: Phillippi from Hill Caschetta from Edina goalie I have noticed who is super hot right now is Swansson from Jefferson. Have seen him play several times before and have been unimpressed, however I saw his data in the GF tourney and heard from word of mouth that he was super hot...
