#2 Farmington takes down #1 Lakeville North in Section Final for 1AA. Either way, Section 1AA should have a decent state tourney for the first time in a while.

Word is the kid got suspended. Found that nugget on Facebook so we'll see if it's really true. Very good example of how leadership and personality is learned from those you surround yourself with. We teach our kids, neighbors and youth everything by how we treat one another. Kids read this thread an...

This is one of the most ludicrous things I've ever heard of? St. Cloud is one of the most under rated teams who may suffer the most from this? On the flip side, maybe they'll be the top dogs in the conference which could help thier street cred? How sad is this! WCHA please don't leave!

I was at the game today. Never would I say that Edina was hands down the better team. A tough no goal call shifted momentum in favor of Hornets. Capitalizing on that call with a goal stifled the Tigers and frustrated them early. Seemed like a classic example of PeeWee hockey emotional roller coaster...

I believe they will continue broadcasting the hockey games over the FSNorth website much like they did tonight with the football. They are still in talks about television broadcasts, but we'll see in the near future most likely.

As of right now there aren't going to be any. FSN didn't make any money on the games. They might be doing some of the bigger games, like the Schwan's tournament and a few big games, but I don't think so.

Re: SCSU?

Was wondering if anyone knows what number Jordy Christian is. I didn't hear his name called once toight. I remember him being a pretty good bantam player. Just think he may have peaked back then. Number 13. He's been battling to stay in the lineup a little bit for the last few weeks. He's a bit slow.

It looks like to me that at the 0:11 second mark, the that same hit was put onto a certain ND player who shall go nameless who had a certain end to his certain season by a certain player! NO penalty there but I would think that Malone should maybe be harrassed and threatened with life too! Not a who...

Re: SCSU Defense - Zabkowicz

[quote="Puckhead631"]I had a chance to watch SCSU play against Lethbridge and I thought their defense looked really solid. I was most impressed with Sam Zabkowicz who missed the last 10 games or so from last year due to head injury. Zabs looked like the real deal in the Lethbridge game and...

I think Lee will be the #1 guy. However, Dunn may have a different feeling. in the first game against UMD, Lee let a couple soft goals in. They started Dunn tonight and he was outstanding. 30 saves and voted #1 star of the game. He played very strong agaist Miami in their first game too. I don't be...

Could someone please list every accomplishment that Leddy had his senior year. I'm having a tough time figuring out why his HIGH SCHOOL career is better then Ben Hanowski's. I don't care about where they both played, but as far as decorated players, nobody has more than Hano. right now.

As of right now and after the Lethbridge game it is my understanding that it is all up to Dan Dunn to lose the spot. He will get the first shot and then be backed up by Mike Lee. Dan Dunn has done alot this summer with technique and his psychological approach to the game. All SCSU needs is someone t...

While it may seem that he has a stranglehold on the PL/Savage association, I don't see that as a bad thing.... many of us would love to have somebody like Joe running our local associations. My son played off season hockey for Joe and I agree 1...
