hockey21, Do you know what “the event” is? Yes I do. A leader of ANY organization is responsible for the actions of his subordinates. I do NOT live ANY where near Maple Grove. So no, I have never met the guy. I hear good things about him so I bet he is a good guy. I have seen his teams and I saw him...

Yes… it was a battle.
I think Rogers was looking at Saturday’s game and not at Legacy. Legacy showed up BIG time. In the third period Rogers had more gas left than Legacy, but Legacy fought hard till the end!

Legacy gave Rogers a little eye opener last night.
Legacy gave them a good game that Rogers did not see coming.
It was a great game, and for the first period and a half it was anybody’s game. Not sure how Rogers will react Saturday.

Oh, ok. I got it.
So a “big school” can opt to play A during regular season play, but must play AA in section play.

It can’t be based on enrollment numbers alone.
All of Minneapolis schools (6,000+ students) to form 1 team. They play in the Two River conference.
I am not sure where the play in post season Section Play.

Anybody have any thoughts on the games that have been played so far?

Blaine 2 and done….

When can one start getting up set for how they have preformed in the tourney over the last few years? I only remember them winning their first game 4 years ago. With the talent they had on the last few teams that is pretty disappointing...IMO. The last time they did some good is when they won it, bu...

It was not on the list, but Legacy beat Moose Lake 6 to 4 yesterday. Most people had them last in Two River Conference. Last Saturday they gave Mora a ride for their money.

Yes there are plans for a rink on campus and the city of Ramsey is interested as there are not a lot of rinks in the area that they are building.

Legacy Christian Academy came from behind against Moose Lake to tie up the game, but lost in OT in the Silver Bay tournament.
Last night Legacy tied Minneapolis 3 to 3.
Not too bad for a team that is mostly underclassmen.

Yep they are formally Meadow Creak Saint (still wearing the Saints Jersey). They are building a new campus that will open in a little over a year. They bought the land at Bunker Lake Blvd and Armstrong Blvd. The new building is to open fall of 2012. Coach Larson is building something here. This will...

Legacy is a very small school right now. They are building a new campus that will open in a little over a year. It will bring in more kids (player) when it opens. It will not help them this year. Coach Larson is building something here. This will be the first year with a JV team.
