Fair enough, just looked a little suspicious with the dates and all. Thought you were bashing Minnetonka more than hyping Anoka. Ill say this Anoka has a very nice team and a very good goalie. I think they are going to do very well this year. I appologize for the typing error on "grutled"s...

Coming from a person who joined Nov.4 (tryout cut day)and makes comments like that, I think it is a disgrutled hockey parent. We shall see,.

Looks like you guys have a good team! Wish you luck! Don't forget all these teams get better as the season goes on and anything can happen when it comes to regions and state. So stay the course and let your game do the talking.

In our association if you are not playing varsity as a sophmore, you probably are not going to be playing varsity ever. I have never seen anyone go from U16 to varsity in the 12 years I have been in the association. Generally, if you are on u16 you will be playing junior gold the rest of your high s...

Tonka played well. Wessey's boys moved the puck well, I would not overlook this team.

Looks like the coach is trying to find a way to get some goals. I would be switching lines up also. It is very early in the season. Have some faith in the coach and the kids should worry about playing hockey and having fun. Hopefully it will work out in March.

Looks like a name change

Looks like N.Shorn has changed his name to Hockey24/7/365. Same grammar, same spelling, same self-praising. You guys have a solid team, concentrate on your "team". Brett Favre has stated many times this year if he throws for 400 yards, or AP runs for 200 yards, it doesn't matter if they do...

Simply, Let another man praise thee, not thine own mouth (Bible) or True humility is intelligent self respect which keeps us from thinking too highly or too meanly of ourselves. It makes us modest by reminding us how far we have come short of what we can be. Ralph W. Sockman or Self-praise is for lo...

Actually, I really don't care. I love Edina and love that it is a great "hockey town". I don't know why you guys can't take some constructive critisism without getting all bent out of shape. I think you have a great team, I disagree with your coach on winning and molding hockey players (at...

I didn't say they were miserable. I am saying is it does affect the children and parents who are being passed on a regular basis during a game. It's one thing if it is the last 3 minutes of a game and it is tied...If I were the high school girls varsity coach I would be having some serious discussio...

Way off base???? My guess is your child played on the white team. I would suggest you talk to some of the "kids" on the green team. Anyone that has seen the green team play understands what I am saying. I did say I think they should definetly go to state. But, I think they would still go t...

In the American Region, it appears that Minnetonka and OMG are outclassed by the rest of the teams. You have to assume they might not win a game since they don't play each other. Edina is better than Burnsville and Mounds View, so they're #1 Blue seed. Burnsville/Mounds View will just pound on each...

Are you talking about how I reported the one score this year??? I will report it.

Unranked Minnetonka 12U A girls who, after beating the #1 ranked team in the state, lose in overtime to the #3 ranked team in the state.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact the guy who got Prior lake to sponsor them, was on the Prior Lake board, and has 2 kids going to St. Thomas? I think then district 6 should let in Bennilde, Holy Angels, Holy Family, and any other group that wants to play. I am going to see if we can s...

The problem is directly related to recruiting. It is directly related to regulation. And is directly related to rules. Blake is a good example, they can't have an "A" team, so they get 3-4 players that would make anyones "A" team, play them a lot. Win the state tournament at B1. ...

They had many kids who did not try out. Nonetheless, I don't think it is neccessary to jump all over a kid because of some misspelled words. Maybe it's not his spelling, maybe it's his typing, or maybe he has some sort of learning disorder. Maybe you should first find out a little bit more about him...
