Congrats to a good "old-timer" player from the 70's and 80's and great developmental coach. Look at some of the players he's coached in the youth level. Well deserved honor, keep up the good work Aaron!

Reider is a good player that can definitely be successful at NAHL, to step in and make a good USHL team is very dificult for a goalie. Best of luck next year wherever he lands. He will eventually make USHL , a year at NAHL is great experience for anyone.

Dan is a great player, good for him! Works hard for the team and very unselfish. The scouts got it right.

Despite the loss to STA, Orono has played some very good team hockey since the first section game. Their experienced players along with some good young talent has played very well and should match up well with less experienced but very talented AL. I expect a good close game.

Housley is awful. I know he knows hockey but I think there has to be someone out there that can be an improvement. Even his comments were difficult to understand not to mention void of any relevance. Channel 45 can do better. Anyone but Housley, please. Nanne is awesome I would listen to him anytime !

A or AA for NP ?

New Prague may be trying to petition for "A" status as their "AA" status was due to inclusion of Montgomery/Lonsdale players. Not sure how many players are from ML but it could keep them from reaching the "Biggame" in the immediate future. I agree , so much for any riva...

NP better NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!

Hockeystud, perhaps you should look at which players make a difference on a team. More experienced does not necessarily imply they are seniors. Every team has a leading scorer based on how that team runs it's lines. Some good teams have a leading scorer with 50 pts., some with 25pts. The good teams ...

I saw Orono beat a good New Prague team (which took Holy Angels to overtime). Orono made a crucial mistake last year to grasp a loss from victory. Not sure how many players are back from last years team, however I'm sure there are enough that remember. I"ll take Orono 5, STA 4. Should be agood ...

Orono had the better/more experienced team this year. Next year , NP will compete well in the Missota and will play against Orono for the Sect. Championship , I see the beginning of a good rivalry despite the fact that New Prague has never beaten Orono in a big game previously. Lets hope both teams ...

Guggenberger or any goalie can get hot in the playoffs and this could be the difference in which team goes on. If Richfield gets some good bounces, STA will be vulnerable. Pressure is on STA, they have a target on their back every game. They aren't the same team as last year with Schroder. Still a l...

Sawchuk's team is playing better as the season goes on. I would assess that the team is developing. They took a very good Holy angels team to overtime( I know AHA was not at their best with injury and possibly some illness.) They are also soundly beating the teams they should late in the season. He ...
