Roso wont win because they wont get lucky and draw 1AA in the same bracket again. *fingers crossed* I'm seeing a theme to the Roso game plan by the way. Not only should teams strive to maximize their ability to win, they also should put as much energy into minimizing their chances to lose. Roso has ...

I can't believe that folks are still putting Tonka over Hopkins. I find it ironic that the same people who do this also keep Roseau at the 1 spot. If the argument works for the Rams doesn't it also work for the Royals?

(I'm not trying to be argumentative - just trying to understand the logic)

White Bear v. Roseville II Jan 5

A rematch of the 12/28 third place Schwan Cup game. The Bears are home and won the first tilt by a score of 2-1. These teams will likely see each other quite a bit this year. Who do you like in Round II and why?

From my vantage point, the game was won because Roseville's #1 and #2 lines played well in the 2nd and 3rd period. Moorhead did not lose because they couldn't finish but rather because they ran into a better team. I too saw what I thought was an additional goal for Roseville. It appeared that the pu...

Thanks for posting. Twas a fun little read. It’s good to see folks take pride in their hockey no matter where they are. After reading Donny Dunlap’s musings, I couldn’t help but think that even our governor plays the game and that alone should put us over the top. Then I read the “comments” section....

I really enjoyed the spirit displayed by the Centennial fans last year. While early, it looks like they are engaged again this year. While I care far more about the game on the ice than the happenings in the student section, this school's fan base has been fun to watch. :D

I wonder whose prior examples they are modeling? In all fairness, it is a tough age and smart decisions are not always made. That said, there seems to be a trend with this specific program.
